How it's working?

When shopping, choose personal pickup. You will receive an e-mail with information about pickup days and rules. Before you arrive, wait for another email notification that the shipment is ready. Don't arrive earlier because you won't be able to pick her up - we have to get her.

Parcel collection rules:

• orders placed on December 20 - will be available for collection in the NA GRAMY store on December 21, 2023 from 12:00 to 19:00
• orders placed on December 21 - will be available for collection in the NA GRAMY store on December 22, 2023 from 12:00 to 19:00
• orders placed on December 22 by 12:00!!! - they will be available for collection at the NA GRAMY store on the same day from 16:00 to 19:00
• orders placed between December 22 after 12:00 until December 23 at 9:30 - they will be available for collection at the NA GRAMY store on December 23, 2023 from 12:00 to 18:00
• orders placed between December 23 after 9:30 a.m. and December 24 at 9:30 a.m. - will be available for collection at the NA GRAMY store on December 24, 2023 from 12:00 to 14:00

When collecting parcels, have your order confirmation in electronic or printed form with you.
