Nassau
Les Jardins d’Espionnage
ORANGE · MELON · GREEN LEAVES · VIOLET · OAKMOSS · INCENSE · PATCHOULI
In the beginning there is light. Juicy fruit. Greenery warmed by the sun.
The garden seems open and obvious.
But Nassau does not lead you down the main path.
With every breath the path turns deeper. Shadows appear. The air grows thicker.
Was someone here a moment ago?
Or does it only seem that way.
Les Jardins d’Espionnage. The garden of spies.
Orange and melon open the composition with light and juiciness. Over time the coolness of violet appears, the damp green of moss and ever deeper, earthier tones. Incense stays in the shadows, while patchouli gives the whole depth and soft shade.
Light gives way to things left unsaid. The green grows denser and darker. Nassau unfolds from bright, fruity notes towards the mysterious corners of the garden.
